National origin discrimination

National origin discrimination involves treating individuals (applicants or workers) unfavorably since they’re from a specific state or part of earth, due to ethnicity or accent, or even as they seem to be of a particular cultural heritage (even if they’re not).
National origin discrimination can also involve treating individuals unfavorably since they’re married to (or related to) an individual of a particular national origin.
Discrimination can happen when the individual who imposed the discrimination and the sufferer would be the same origin.
